Refund & Returns Policy – Elverae

At Elverae, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original packaging

In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products that have been opened or used

Personal care items

Lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, shapewear, or other intimate apparel, even if tried on

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@elverae.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
