How do I place an order?

Simply add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days, depending on your location.
This timeframe includes order processing and shipping transit.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

My package is delayed — what should I do?

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Please note that certain items, such as lingerie and personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, email support@elverae.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
